Main Missions:
The Party
This is obviously the easiest mission in the Game. After viewing the cutscene drive to the blip on the radar which is rafaels clothes shop. After this you look more respectable. After getting your new clothes drive to the blip which is the colonels yacht. After meeting with all the people the colonels daughter mercedes asks you to drive her to the pole position club. Just be sure not to kill her and you will have no trouble passing the first mission.

Back Alley Brawl
After leaving the lawyers office Drive to the Malibu to meet Kent Paul. After being told that a local cook may have something to do with the deal drive to ocean drive and BEAT HIM UP! After you do this you meet a new charachter named Lance. After meeting him you see 3 knife wielding cooks show up behind you. Do not stay and try to fight them. Just run and get into lances car. After this he tells you to drive to ammunation. Drive there and buy a weapon if you wish. After doing all this drive back to the hotel. Another easy mission!
Reward $200
Jury Fury
This mission is averagely difficult. The hardest thing about it is not to get busted. The objective of the mission is to "persuade" two jurors to change their mind in the court case. You have to smash up their cars but do not hurt them. Use the hammer. You have to be sure to smash every area of the car. If you can do this without getting busted you will easily pass the mission. Now go and take the last Ken Rosenburg mission.
Reward $400 Riot
This mission is a little harder. First head down and change your clothes. Then head to the site. Your objective is to start a fight with four workers. To make this easier you can just drive a vheicle in and run people over. This is just as effective. After you do this the gate will open. Using a gun shoot the explosive barrels to destroy the trucks. If you can do this you earn $1000 and complete Ken Rosenburgs missions.
Colonel Cortez Missions
Trecharous Swine
In this mission you are asked to kill cortez's former right hand man. He gives you a chainsaw. You do not have to use it but it makes a gory scene. Anyway drive to his apartment. You will view a short cutscene you then find yourself outside. Choose a weapon and kill him. After you kill him you get a 2 star wanted level. Get into a vheicle and drive to the nearby pay and spray.

long technical college
Mall Shootout
You are told to recieve some chips from a french man at the mall. When you get their walk up to him and you find out you have been followed. You must chase him and when you catch up to him him you must kill him. There are several ways you can kill him. He is on a motorcycle so you can just run him over or you can do a drive by shooting and kill him that way. Whatever way you do it you are going to get a 2 star wanted level. Just find a sturdy vheicle and drive back to cortez's yacht.
Reward $500
Guardian Angels
You are asked to oversee a drug deal for "Mr. Coke" The first thing you need to do is follow the blip on the radar to the car garage where corte has stashed an assault rifle for you to use. After you gather it here comes Lance. You find out that he has come to help you. Take him to the blip which is where the deal is going down. Climb up the stairs to get a good vantage point. After the start of the deal the hatians come to bust the deal. You need to kill all the hatians but be sure not to kill Diaz. Be careful because in the middle of the fight a hatian goes and attacks Lance. After you kill them all Hatians on dirtbikes come and steal the money. GEt on the dirtbike and kill the hatian nd get the money back. TAke the money back to diaz. You can now take missions from diaz.
Reward $1000 The Chase
You have to follow a man all the way to prawn island. You have to go to his apartment, and chase him over the rooftops. He then jumps off and gets into a jeep. Grab the nearby moped and follow him not that close to where he can shoot you, but where you can still see him. Do not kill him or you will fail the mission. Just follow him to prawn island and try not to do anything stupid.

You and Lance have to go and clear out that same building on Prawn island you followed the man to on the last mission. Lance flies the helicopter you shoot out the side. You make a few passes on the building take out as many men as you can. You will go near the roof and hear some one say your on my turf ass hole. Theese are the last 3 men you kill from the helicopter. After this Lance sets you down and you have to get to the roof. I suggest using the shotgun. When you get to the roof collect the briefcase and complete the mission.

Sir Yes Sir
We now have another Cortez mission to deal with. He asks you to steal a piece of military hardware that happens to be a tank. So NOw head to the blip. By now you've unlocked another part of the city and the blip is in little Havana. I just suggest going right up the the tank and try to get in it. If at first it is locked bash it with a melee weapon. If the soldiers tell you to step away from the tank do it for a few seconds to avoid getting shot with a m-16. After you steal the tank you see a self-destruct bar come up when this depletes the tank will blow itself up. So drive as fast as you can to the lockup. Do not worry about your wanted level because anything the tank runs over is destroyed.Once you drive the tank into the garage the mission is complete.
Reward $2000
The fastest BOat.
Diaz tells you he wants a faster boat and he hears there is such a vessel being developed at the boatyard. He wants you to steal it for him. You have to go down to the boatyard located in viceport. When you get their take out a shotgun or uzi and wipe up all the people working at the boatyard. When you have killed all of them lower the boat into the water. Then climb in. You now have a wanted level. Do not worry about the police boats. Just concentrate on getting back to Diaz's house with the boat.
Reward $4000
Supply and Demand
There is a drug dealer who sells all of his stash to the first boat that reaches him. Diaz wants you to take the fastest boat and beat all the other boats to him. Lance shoots while you drive. The fastest route is taking the left path. Once you reach him and get the stash you switch to shooter and shoot angry drug dealers All you have to do is survive till you get back to the mansion. If you can do this mission you get a great reward.

DeAth Row
To get this mission you get a call from Kent Paul telling you to meet him at the malibu. When you get there you find out Diaz is holding Lance at the junkyard. Have a fast car parked outside of the malibu because you need speed for this mission. Right before you get their bail out of your car and you might be able to take out some guards in the process. So head in and take out the guards and resuce Lance. You then need to take Lance to the hospital. I recommend you drive him in the trashmaster, because Diaz's men chase you all the way their. When you finish this mission you do not get a reward but diaz's days are numbered.
Wipe out
You meeet Lance by the mansion on starfish island. Lance has brought some firepower for you to use. You have to go in their with Lance and take out all of diaz's men. You need to have body armor and a weapon like a shotgun. After you catch up with Diaz You need to kill him. You get a whopping reward for this the mansion and control over diaz's buisness.
reward $50000 You now have control of the mansion and can do missions for yourself but let's finish off the last cortez mission.
All hands on deck
The french are hot on the colonels trail. He is forced to go out to sea. You must defend him and his yacht. Make sure before you take this mission you have full body armor and lots of weapons with lots of ammo. After it starts there are many people that jump on the boat and attack. Mop them up with a weapon. Soon you will get to a block in the water. You must clear a way for the yacht to move through. Get up front and clear a path through the boats. After this you have to take 2 helicopters out. REmember if you ever need more ammo you can just get some on the top deck. After the mission you get a reward and the colonel gives you a speeder boat.
Reward $5000
Now we are going to move on to the Tommy Vercetti Missions
Shakedown
In this mission you have to torch several places at the mall and have only 5 minutes to do this. This mission can be pretty difficult. Before trying it get armor and a whole bunch of grenades. After the movie hop into the infernus and drive to the mall. Remember you are on a time limit so drive as quickly as possible. Once your inside the mall. Seek out and destroy every dispplay of every store shown on your radar. You will get a wanted level so make sure you don't get killed. After you complete this mission you are able to buy properties.
Reward $2000 You can now buy properties but let's first finish the missions for your protection scheme.
Bar brawl
A local bar is refusing to pay protection because they claim they are protected by a local gang of thugs. First drive to the bar. You need to take out the 2 guards out front. You can do a drive by shooting or kill them another way. Then talk to the manager who will tell you where the gang is. Now go over there and kill every one of their gang members you can find. After you do this 2 guards escape on motorcycles chase them down and kill them to complete this mission.
Reward $4000
Cop Land
This is the last Tommy Vercetti mission. After doing this YOu can collect $5000 from the vercetti estate everyday. Your henchman was supposed to torch a place at the mall but he screwed the fuses and now the whole place is wired to blow. You will have to find cop uniforms and go down there set a bomb to go off and get back to your mansion. First drive to the blip on your radar which is the lockup. Once you get here you and lance need to get a wanted level to lure cops to you. Once you do lure 2 cops in the garage. Just make sure there is no car blocking the door to come down. After you have two cop uniforms there is a cop car in the yard right next to the garage. Once your in the car drive to the mall. Go inside and follow the blip to the tarbush coffee shop. Go inside and set the bomb. You now have 5 seconds to get out. Once outside you have a 5 star wanted level. It's hard but if you can get back to the vercetti estate you get a good reward and $5000 everyday from your protection ring.
P.s. You could also instead of going to the vercetti estate go to a pay and spray to get rid of your wanted level. Reward $10000
Now we are going to cover the asset missions. To unlock the final 2 missions of the game you need to complete the malibu and print works assets along with 3 others. Some of theese missions can get hard good luck.
Pole position Club
Cost $30,000 This is by far the easiest asset to complete. After buying it head in and walk to the back into the first room. You need to spend $600. It takes a while but be patient. After doing this you have completed this asset. It will now generate $4000 a day.
Car Dealership
Price $50,000 To complete this asset you need to collect the cars on every list.

This is also a very easy asset to complete. After buying the factory jump in the Mr. whoppee van. Using this van you must make 55 deals without dieng, getting busted, or leaving Mr. Whoppee. Be careful you get a wanted level after every 4 deals.
Reward The ice cream factory will generate $2000 a day.
Kaufman Cab company Cost $40000
V.I.P
You find out there is a high class fare on starfish island. You have 1 minute to get their. Once you get their press l3 to sound the horn. But another cab comes up and steals the passenger. You now have to get him back. Ram the other cab or shoot it to damage it but bve sure not to kill the passenger. Once you do enough damage he gets into your cab. Once you have him take him to the blip at the airport. Reward $1000
Frinendly Rivarly
VC cabs keeps beating your drivers to customers so you need to destroy 3 of their cabs. Find them on the blip and i reccomend using drive by shootings to destroy all 3 cabs. Reward $2000
Cabmagedeon
You are told to pick up mercedes so go to the blip on the radar. But when you get their you learm it's a trap. You have to survive for a minute in a ring full of rival cab drivers. Drive around making wide turns to survive. Another strategy is to weave in and out of the poles in the lot. After the 60 seconds is over the head of vc cabs comes in. Find a way to kill him to complete the mission and the kaufman cabs asset. Reward $5000 a new brown cab and kaufman cabs will now generate $5000 a day.
Boatyard
Price $10000
Checkpoint Charlie
All you need to do to complete the boatyard is complete the checkpoint race. Use the boat on the left (squallo) it makes it much easier. Reward $5000
Print Works
Cost $70000
Spilling the beans
You have to meet kent paul at the malibu. So go there and talk to him. You find out at the docks there is a man who will know when the plates are coming in next. So head to the blip at the docks. It is easier if you can take out a few guards with your sniper rifle before going in. So go on the boat and fight your way to the blip. After this you have a wanted rating. To save time just jump of the side of the boat. Get in a car and go to the print works.
Reward $2000
Hit the courier
The courier is arriving at the docks soon so get their as fast as you can. Have full body armor and lots of weapons ready. When you get their you find women with shotguns and sniper rifles. Use your weapons and take care of them. This mission is much easier if you can kill the courier befoire she gets in a car. Kill her and take the plates back to the print works.
p.s. If she does get in a car damage the car until she gets out but make sure the car doesn't blow up or ypu'll destroy the plates.
Reward $5000 And the print works will now generate $8000 a day.
The malibu
Cost $120000
Buying the malibu opens up some of the hardest missions in the game but when you complete them you will be very close to completing the game.
No escape?
After buying the malibu Tommy decides he wants to do a job on a bank. The first thing you will need is a safe man. The perfect man for the job is cam jones. The only problem is he is in jail at the time. You need to bust him out. First drive to the police station. Then go in the bathroom to get a cop unifom. Then head upstairs to get the key to the cells. Then head down to his cell. After getting him you now have a wanted level. Fight your way out of the station then drive to a pay and spray. Then drive him back to his house.
Reward $
The shootist
You will also need a stick up man so drive to the shooting range downtown. You will need to beat phills score of 60. In the first round the close targets are worth 1 middle targets are worth 2 and far targets are worth 3. Try to use all your bullets because you get more after each round. Targets in the other 2 rounds are worth 1 point each.

The driver
You will also of course need a getaway driver. This is one tough mission so good luck. The driver you want is hilary. He will only drive for you if you can beat him in a race so prepare. This mission is so hard because while your driving a sentinental he has a sabre 2 turbo. You also have to battle a 2 star wanted level. The best strategy to use is to just try to keep up with him and at the end try to spin him out so you have the oppurtunity to win.
Reward $3000
The job
This is the moment you've been waiting for. In this mission you and your group get to rob a bank. Have everyone get inside the taxi.(try to make sure you do not damage the vheicle on the way). When you get their get out and go in the bushes to find your costume to use. Go in and let everyone know this is a raid. You first need to take cam to the safe. Go upstairs killing the guards as you go. Then when you arrive he tells you he needs the manager. Go downstairs and take the manager upstairs with you. Then go back down to check on phill. When you get there someone has pulled the alarm. The swat team will be arriving soon. You may want to kill the hostages so you wont waste time targeting them. When they get their take them all out then go outside. Hilary will be shot. Get in the taxi with your team. You can now 1.Drive straight to cams house or 2.First drive to the pay and spray down the street. After you do this you get a huge reward and complete the malibu asset.
Reward $50000 and the malibu will now generate $10000 a day.
If you have followed the guide up to this point, The first of the last 2 missions is available but before that let's complete the film studio, the last asset.
Recruitment drive
For your new production you need 2 stars, mercedes and candy suxxx. so go get candy downtown. She is interested but first you must kill her agent. He orders 4 men to rush you kill them and chase him down. When you catch him kill him. Then go back and pick candy up. Then drive and pick up mercedes. Take them both back to the studio to complete the mission.

D**** dodo
To hype the movie you need to distribute the flyers. Get in the seaplane to start the mission. You need to fly through all the checkpoints before you run out of gas.
Reward $2000
Marthas mug shot.
Congressman shrub is the only thing harming your movie. You will need to take some photos as black mail so follow her limo to the blip. then climb to the top of the hotel on the other side of the street. You need to take 3 photos. After you do so you will receive a wanted level. Just get back to the studio any way you can to complete the mission.
Reward $4000
p.s To make this mission much easier before candy gets in the limo use the sparrow plane so after you take the pictures you can make it to the studio quickly.
G spotlight
You need to stir up more publicity before the release of the movie. So go tto the blip with a pcj. You then need to go the roof. You must use the ramps and go through the checkpoints. Go through them all to turn on the publicity spotlight.
Reward $8000 and the film studio will generate $7000 a day.
p.s. If you are having trouble you can always cheat and use a helicopter to get through all the checkpoints.
Now that you have completed all the asset missions let's tackle the final 2 missions of the game.
Cap the collecter
When you get a cell phone call saying there is a problem at the print works get over there and make sure you have a rocket launcher. When you get there you are told that the mafia is in town to tax all of your assets. You must kill all the collectors. The way i reccomend jdoing this is drive to sunshine autos. Wait there until collectors come and then kill them. You can complete this ehole mission by standing in the parking lot of sunshine autos and killing the collectors with your rocket launcher.
Reward $30000
After beating this mission you will get a phone call from lance. The final mission is now availble.
Keep your friends close..
Go to your mansion after the phone call to meet sonny. You plan to fool him with counterfeit cash, but lance tells him of the scheme. The first part of the mission invlolves you protecting your safe. Just kill his men when they enter the room. After about a minute of this you are told to kill lance. Instead of risking a head to head confrintation with you he takes cheap pot shots at you. Once you follow him to the roof you need to kill him. I used the spas- 12 shotgun. Remember at any time during this mission you can get armor from the basement. After killing lance you need to kill sonny forelli. Go to the blip in the main room of your house. I used the sniper rifle to kill him. after doing this you have beat the game!Congradulations!

Now that you have beat all the main missions you might now want to go back and do the side missions.
Avery carrington
9 iron
in this mission you need to kill someone who is at the golf range enjoying his last game of golf. First get some golf clothes from the store down the road.5000 You must go over there and kill him. Once you get in their the easiest way to beat this mission is to destroy all the golf carts. Then kill the man with your golf club.
Reward $500
Demolition man.
Avery wants you to use a remote controlled helicopter to plant bombs to destroy a building down the street. My reccomendation is to start with the top floor and work your way down.
Reward $1000
Two bit hit
To drive down real estate prices avery wants you to start a gang war. A hatian gang lord died. You need to drive to the blip and get cuban clothes. Now drive to the funeral. Just cause a scene. Shoot things and kill people. Then when you are told get out of little haiti.

Since the gang war started the cubans need some help fighting it. If you want to take theese missions go to the blip in little havana.
Stunt boat challenge
Before you work for him he wants to test your driving skills. He tells you to take the boat on a checkpoint race. This race is easy just collect all the checkpoints within the timelimit.

In this mission you have to torch several places at the mall and have only 5 minutes to do this. This mission can be pretty difficult. Before trying it get armor and a whole bunch of grenades. After the movie hop into the infernus and drive to the mall. Remember you are on a time limit so drive as quickly as possible. Once your inside the mall. Seek out and destroy every dispplay of every store shown on your radar. You will get a wanted level so make sure you don't get killed. After you complete this mission you are able to buy properties.
Reward $2000 You can now buy properties but let's first finish the missions for your protection scheme.
Bar brawl
A local bar is refusing to pay protection because they claim they are protected by a local gang of thugs. First drive to the bar. You need to take out the 2 guards out front. You can do a drive by shooting or kill them another way. Then talk to the manager who will tell you where the gang is. Now go over there and kill every one of their gang members you can find. After you do this 2 guards escape on motorcycles chase them down and kill them to complete this mission.
Reward $4000
Cop Land
This is the last Tommy Vercetti mission. After doing this YOu can collect $5000 from the vercetti estate everyday. Your henchman was supposed to torch a place at the mall but he screwed the fuses and now the whole place is wired to blow. You will have to find cop uniforms and go down there set a bomb to go off and get back to your mansion. First drive to the blip on your radar which is the lockup. Once you get here you and lance need to get a wanted level to lure cops to you. Once you do lure 2 cops in the garage. Just make sure there is no car blocking the door to come down. After you have two cop uniforms there is a cop car in the yard right next to the garage. Once your in the car drive to the mall. Go inside and follow the blip to the tarbush coffee shop. Go inside and set the bomb. You now have 5 seconds to get out. Once outside you have a 5 star wanted level. It's hard but if you can get back to the vercetti estate you get a good reward and $5000 everyday from your protection ring.
P.s. You could also instead of going to the vercetti estate go to a pay and spray to get rid of your wanted level. Reward $10000
Now we are going to cover the asset missions. To unlock the final 2 missions of the game you need to complete the malibu and print works assets along with 3 others. Some of theese missions can get hard good luck.
Pole position Club
Cost $30,000 This is by far the easiest asset to complete. After buying it head in and walk to the back into the first room. You need to spend $600. It takes a while but be patient. After doing this you have completed this asset. It will now generate $4000 a day.

Kaufman Cab company Cost $40000
V.I.P
You find out there is a high class fare on starfish island. You have 1 minute to get their. Once you get their press l3 to sound the horn. But another cab comes up and steals the passenger. You now have to get him back. Ram the other cab or shoot it to damage it but bve sure not to kill the passenger. Once you do enough damage he gets into your cab. Once you have him take him to the blip at the airport. Reward $1000
Frinendly Rivarly
VC cabs keeps beating your drivers to customers so you need to destroy 3 of their cabs. Find them on the blip and i reccomend using drive by shootings to destroy all 3 cabs. Reward $2000
Cabmagedeon
You are told to pick up mercedes so go to the blip on the radar. But when you get their you learm it's a trap. You have to survive for a minute in a ring full of rival cab drivers. Drive around making wide turns to survive. Another strategy is to weave in and out of the poles in the lot. After the 60 seconds is over the head of vc cabs comes in. Find a way to kill him to complete the mission and the kaufman cabs asset. Reward $5000 a new brown cab and kaufman cabs will now generate $5000 a day.
Boatyard

Checkpoint Charlie
All you need to do to complete the boatyard is complete the checkpoint race. Use the boat on the left (squallo) it makes it much easier. Reward $5000

Spilling the beans
You have to meet kent paul at the malibu. So go there and talk to him. You find out at the docks there is a man who will know when the plates are coming in next. So head to the blip at the docks. It is easier if you can take out a few guards with your sniper rifle before going in. So go on the boat and fight your way to the blip. After this you have a wanted rating. To save time just jump of the side of the boat. Get in a car and go to the print works.
Reward $2000
Hit the courier
The courier is arriving at the docks soon so get their as fast as you can. Have full body armor and lots of weapons ready. When you get their you find women with shotguns and sniper rifles. Use your weapons and take care of them. This mission is much easier if you can kill the courier befoire she gets in a car. Kill her and take the plates back to the print works.
p.s. If she does get in a car damage the car until she gets out but make sure the car doesn't blow up or ypu'll destroy the plates.
Reward $5000 And the print works will now generate $8000 a day.
The malibu
Cost $120000
Buying the malibu opens up some of the hardest missions in the game but when you complete them you will be very close to completing the game.
No escape?
After buying the malibu Tommy decides he wants to do a job on a bank. The first thing you will need is a safe man. The perfect man for the job is cam jones. The only problem is he is in jail at the time. You need to bust him out. First drive to the police station. Then go in the bathroom to get a cop unifom. Then head upstairs to get the key to the cells. Then head down to his cell. After getting him you now have a wanted level. Fight your way out of the station then drive to a pay and spray. Then drive him back to his house.

The shootist
You will also need a stick up man so drive to the shooting range downtown. You will need to beat phills score of 60. In the first round the close targets are worth 1 middle targets are worth 2 and far targets are worth 3. Try to use all your bullets because you get more after each round. Targets in the other 2 rounds are worth 1 point each.

The driver
You will also of course need a getaway driver. This is one tough mission so good luck. The driver you want is hilary. He will only drive for you if you can beat him in a race so prepare. This mission is so hard because while your driving a sentinental he has a sabre 2 turbo. You also have to battle a 2 star wanted level. The best strategy to use is to just try to keep up with him and at the end try to spin him out so you have the oppurtunity to win.

The job
This is the moment you've been waiting for. In this mission you and your group get to rob a bank. Have everyone get inside the taxi.(try to make sure you do not damage the vheicle on the way). When you get their get out and go in the bushes to find your costume to use. Go in and let everyone know this is a raid. You first need to take cam to the safe. Go upstairs killing the guards as you go. Then when you arrive he tells you he needs the manager. Go downstairs and take the manager upstairs with you. Then go back down to check on phill. When you get there someone has pulled the alarm. The swat team will be arriving soon. You may want to kill the hostages so you wont waste time targeting them. When they get their take them all out then go outside. Hilary will be shot. Get in the taxi with your team. You can now 1.Drive straight to cams house or 2.First drive to the pay and spray down the street. After you do this you get a huge reward and complete the malibu asset.
Reward $50000 and the malibu will now generate $10000 a day.
If you have followed the guide up to this point, The first of the last 2 missions is available but before that let's complete the film studio, the last asset.
Recruitment drive
For your new production you need 2 stars, mercedes and candy suxxx. so go get candy downtown. She is interested but first you must kill her agent. He orders 4 men to rush you kill them and chase him down. When you catch him kill him. Then go back and pick candy up. Then drive and pick up mercedes. Take them both back to the studio to complete the mission.

D**** dodo
To hype the movie you need to distribute the flyers. Get in the seaplane to start the mission. You need to fly through all the checkpoints before you run out of gas.

Marthas mug shot.
Congressman shrub is the only thing harming your movie. You will need to take some photos as black mail so follow her limo to the blip. then climb to the top of the hotel on the other side of the street. You need to take 3 photos. After you do so you will receive a wanted level. Just get back to the studio any way you can to complete the mission.
Reward $4000
p.s To make this mission much easier before candy gets in the limo use the sparrow plane so after you take the pictures you can make it to the studio quickly.
G spotlight
You need to stir up more publicity before the release of the movie. So go tto the blip with a pcj. You then need to go the roof. You must use the ramps and go through the checkpoints. Go through them all to turn on the publicity spotlight.
Reward $8000 and the film studio will generate $7000 a day.
p.s. If you are having trouble you can always cheat and use a helicopter to get through all the checkpoints.
Now that you have completed all the asset missions let's tackle the final 2 missions of the game.
Cap the collecter
When you get a cell phone call saying there is a problem at the print works get over there and make sure you have a rocket launcher. When you get there you are told that the mafia is in town to tax all of your assets. You must kill all the collectors. The way i reccomend jdoing this is drive to sunshine autos. Wait there until collectors come and then kill them. You can complete this ehole mission by standing in the parking lot of sunshine autos and killing the collectors with your rocket launcher.
Reward $30000
After beating this mission you will get a phone call from lance. The final mission is now availble.
Keep your friends close..
Go to your mansion after the phone call to meet sonny. You plan to fool him with counterfeit cash, but lance tells him of the scheme. The first part of the mission invlolves you protecting your safe. Just kill his men when they enter the room. After about a minute of this you are told to kill lance. Instead of risking a head to head confrintation with you he takes cheap pot shots at you. Once you follow him to the roof you need to kill him. I used the spas- 12 shotgun. Remember at any time during this mission you can get armor from the basement. After killing lance you need to kill sonny forelli. Go to the blip in the main room of your house. I used the sniper rifle to kill him. after doing this you have beat the game!Congradulations!

Avery carrington
9 iron
in this mission you need to kill someone who is at the golf range enjoying his last game of golf. First get some golf clothes from the store down the road.5000 You must go over there and kill him. Once you get in their the easiest way to beat this mission is to destroy all the golf carts. Then kill the man with your golf club.

Demolition man.
Avery wants you to use a remote controlled helicopter to plant bombs to destroy a building down the street. My reccomendation is to start with the top floor and work your way down.

Two bit hit
To drive down real estate prices avery wants you to start a gang war. A hatian gang lord died. You need to drive to the blip and get cuban clothes. Now drive to the funeral. Just cause a scene. Shoot things and kill people. Then when you are told get out of little haiti.

Stunt boat challenge
Before you work for him he wants to test your driving skills. He tells you to take the boat on a checkpoint race. This race is easy just collect all the checkpoints within the timelimit.

The Party
This is obviously the easiest mission in the Game. After viewing the cutscene drive to the blip on the radar which is rafaels clothes shop. After this you look more respectable. After getting your new clothes drive to the blip which is the colonels yacht. After meeting with all the people the colonels daughter mercedes asks you to drive her to the pole position club. Just be sure not to kill her and you will have no trouble passing the first mission.

Back Alley Brawl
After leaving the lawyers office Drive to the Malibu to meet Kent Paul. After being told that a local cook may have something to do with the deal drive to ocean drive and BEAT HIM UP! After you do this you meet a new charachter named Lance. After meeting him you see 3 knife wielding cooks show up behind you. Do not stay and try to fight them. Just run and get into lances car. After this he tells you to drive to ammunation. Drive there and buy a weapon if you wish. After doing all this drive back to the hotel. Another easy mission!

Jury Fury
This mission is averagely difficult. The hardest thing about it is not to get busted. The objective of the mission is to "persuade" two jurors to change their mind in the court case. You have to smash up their cars but do not hurt them. Use the hammer. You have to be sure to smash every area of the car. If you can do this without getting busted you will easily pass the mission. Now go and take the last Ken Rosenburg mission.
Reward $400 Riot
This mission is a little harder. First head down and change your clothes. Then head to the site. Your objective is to start a fight with four workers. To make this easier you can just drive a vheicle in and run people over. This is just as effective. After you do this the gate will open. Using a gun shoot the explosive barrels to destroy the trucks. If you can do this you earn $1000 and complete Ken Rosenburgs missions.
Colonel Cortez Missions
Trecharous Swine
In this mission you are asked to kill cortez's former right hand man. He gives you a chainsaw. You do not have to use it but it makes a gory scene. Anyway drive to his apartment. You will view a short cutscene you then find yourself outside. Choose a weapon and kill him. After you kill him you get a 2 star wanted level. Get into a vheicle and drive to the nearby pay and spray.

long technical college
Mall Shootout
You are told to recieve some chips from a french man at the mall. When you get their walk up to him and you find out you have been followed. You must chase him and when you catch up to him him you must kill him. There are several ways you can kill him. He is on a motorcycle so you can just run him over or you can do a drive by shooting and kill him that way. Whatever way you do it you are going to get a 2 star wanted level. Just find a sturdy vheicle and drive back to cortez's yacht.

Guardian Angels
You are asked to oversee a drug deal for "Mr. Coke" The first thing you need to do is follow the blip on the radar to the car garage where corte has stashed an assault rifle for you to use. After you gather it here comes Lance. You find out that he has come to help you. Take him to the blip which is where the deal is going down. Climb up the stairs to get a good vantage point. After the start of the deal the hatians come to bust the deal. You need to kill all the hatians but be sure not to kill Diaz. Be careful because in the middle of the fight a hatian goes and attacks Lance. After you kill them all Hatians on dirtbikes come and steal the money. GEt on the dirtbike and kill the hatian nd get the money back. TAke the money back to diaz. You can now take missions from diaz.
Reward $1000 The Chase
You have to follow a man all the way to prawn island. You have to go to his apartment, and chase him over the rooftops. He then jumps off and gets into a jeep. Grab the nearby moped and follow him not that close to where he can shoot you, but where you can still see him. Do not kill him or you will fail the mission. Just follow him to prawn island and try not to do anything stupid.

You and Lance have to go and clear out that same building on Prawn island you followed the man to on the last mission. Lance flies the helicopter you shoot out the side. You make a few passes on the building take out as many men as you can. You will go near the roof and hear some one say your on my turf ass hole. Theese are the last 3 men you kill from the helicopter. After this Lance sets you down and you have to get to the roof. I suggest using the shotgun. When you get to the roof collect the briefcase and complete the mission.

Sir Yes Sir
We now have another Cortez mission to deal with. He asks you to steal a piece of military hardware that happens to be a tank. So NOw head to the blip. By now you've unlocked another part of the city and the blip is in little Havana. I just suggest going right up the the tank and try to get in it. If at first it is locked bash it with a melee weapon. If the soldiers tell you to step away from the tank do it for a few seconds to avoid getting shot with a m-16. After you steal the tank you see a self-destruct bar come up when this depletes the tank will blow itself up. So drive as fast as you can to the lockup. Do not worry about your wanted level because anything the tank runs over is destroyed.Once you drive the tank into the garage the mission is complete.

The fastest BOat.
Diaz tells you he wants a faster boat and he hears there is such a vessel being developed at the boatyard. He wants you to steal it for him. You have to go down to the boatyard located in viceport. When you get their take out a shotgun or uzi and wipe up all the people working at the boatyard. When you have killed all of them lower the boat into the water. Then climb in. You now have a wanted level. Do not worry about the police boats. Just concentrate on getting back to Diaz's house with the boat.

Supply and Demand
There is a drug dealer who sells all of his stash to the first boat that reaches him. Diaz wants you to take the fastest boat and beat all the other boats to him. Lance shoots while you drive. The fastest route is taking the left path. Once you reach him and get the stash you switch to shooter and shoot angry drug dealers All you have to do is survive till you get back to the mansion. If you can do this mission you get a great reward.

DeAth Row
To get this mission you get a call from Kent Paul telling you to meet him at the malibu. When you get there you find out Diaz is holding Lance at the junkyard. Have a fast car parked outside of the malibu because you need speed for this mission. Right before you get their bail out of your car and you might be able to take out some guards in the process. So head in and take out the guards and resuce Lance. You then need to take Lance to the hospital. I recommend you drive him in the trashmaster, because Diaz's men chase you all the way their. When you finish this mission you do not get a reward but diaz's days are numbered.
Wipe out
You meeet Lance by the mansion on starfish island. Lance has brought some firepower for you to use. You have to go in their with Lance and take out all of diaz's men. You need to have body armor and a weapon like a shotgun. After you catch up with Diaz You need to kill him. You get a whopping reward for this the mansion and control over diaz's buisness.
reward $50000 You now have control of the mansion and can do missions for yourself but let's finish off the last cortez mission.
All hands on deck
The french are hot on the colonels trail. He is forced to go out to sea. You must defend him and his yacht. Make sure before you take this mission you have full body armor and lots of weapons with lots of ammo. After it starts there are many people that jump on the boat and attack. Mop them up with a weapon. Soon you will get to a block in the water. You must clear a way for the yacht to move through. Get up front and clear a path through the boats. After this you have to take 2 helicopters out. REmember if you ever need more ammo you can just get some on the top deck. After the mission you get a reward and the colonel gives you a speeder boat.

When you get there someone has pulled the alarm. The swat team will be arriving soon. You may want to kill the hostages so you wont waste time targeting them. When they get their take them all out then go outside. Hilary will be shot. Get in the taxi with your team. You can now 1.Drive straight to cams house or 2.First drive to the pay and spray down the street. After you do this you get a huge reward and complete the malibu asset.
Reward $50000 and the malibu will now generate $10000 a day.
If you have followed the guide up to this point, The first of the last 2 missions is available but before that let's complete the film studio, the last asset.
Recruitment drive
For your new production you need 2 stars, mercedes and candy suxxx. so go get candy downtown. She is interested but first you must kill her agent. He orders 4 men to rush you kill them and chase him down. When you catch him kill him. Then go back and pick candy up. Then drive and pick up mercedes. Take them both back to the studio to complete the mission.

To hype the movie you need to distribute the flyers. Get in the seaplane to start the mission. You need to fly through all the checkpoints before you run out of gas.

Marthas mug shot.
Congressman shrub is the only thing harming your movie. You will need to take some photos as black mail so follow her limo to the blip. then climb to the top of the hotel on the other side of the street. You need to take 3 photos. After you do so you will receive a wanted level. Just get back to the studio any way you can to complete the mission.

p.s To make this mission much easier before candy gets in the limo use the sparrow plane so after you take the pictures you can make it to the studio quickly.
G spotlight
You need to stir up more publicity before the release of the movie. So go tto the blip with a pcj. You then need to go the roof. You must use the ramps and go through the checkpoints. Go through them all to turn on the publicity spotlight.
Reward $8000 and the film studio will generate $7000 a day.
p.s. If you are having trouble you can always cheat and use a helicopter to get through all the checkpoints.
Now that you have completed all the asset missions let's tackle the final 2 missions of the game.
Cap the collecter
When you get a cell phone call saying there is a problem at the print works get over there and make sure you have a rocket launcher. When you get there you are told that the mafia is in town to tax all of your assets. You must kill all the collectors. The way i reccomend jdoing this is drive to sunshine autos. Wait there until collectors come and then kill them. You can complete this ehole mission by standing in the parking lot of sunshine autos and killing the collectors with your rocket launcher.
Reward $30000
After beating this mission you will get a phone call from lance. The final mission is now availble.
Keep your friends close..
Go to your mansion after the phone call to meet sonny. You plan to fool him with counterfeit cash, but lance tells him of the scheme. The first part of the mission invlolves you protecting your safe. Just kill his men when they enter the room. After about a minute of this you are told to kill lance. Instead of risking a head to head confrintation with you he takes cheap pot shots at you. Once you follow him to the roof you need to kill him. I used the spas- 12 shotgun. Remember at any time during this mission you can get armor from the basement. After killing lance you need to kill sonny forelli. Go to the blip in the main room of your house. I used the sniper rifle to kill him. after doing this you have beat the game!Congradulations!

Now that you have beat all the main missions you might now want to go back and do the side missions.
Avery carrington
9 iron
in this mission you need to kill someone who is at the golf range enjoying his last game of golf. First get some golf clothes from the store down the road.5000 You must go over there and kill him. Once you get in their the easiest way to beat this mission is to destroy all the golf carts. Then kill the man with your golf club.

Demolition man.
Avery wants you to use a remote controlled helicopter to plant bombs to destroy a building down the street. My reccomendation is to start with the top floor and work your way down.

Two bit hit
To drive down real estate prices avery wants you to start a gang war. A hatian gang lord died. You need to drive to the blip and get cuban clothes. Now drive to the funeral. Just cause a scene. Shoot things and kill people. Then when you are told get out of little haiti.

Stunt boat challenge
Before you work for him he wants to test your driving skills. He tells you to take the boat on a checkpoint race. This race is easy just collect all the checkpoints within the timelimit.

This is obviously the easiest mission in the Game. After viewing the cutscene drive to the blip on the radar which is rafaels clothes shop. After this you look more respectable. After getting your new clothes drive to the blip which is the colonels yacht. After meeting with all the people the colonels daughter mercedes asks you to drive her to the pole position club. Just be sure not to kill her and you will have no trouble passing the first mission.

After leaving the lawyers office Drive to the Malibu to meet Kent Paul. After being told that a local cook may have something to do with the deal drive to ocean drive and BEAT HIM UP! After you do this you meet a new charachter named Lance. After meeting him you see 3 knife wielding cooks show up behind you. Do not stay and try to fight them. Just run and get into lances car. After this he tells you to drive to ammunation. Drive there and buy a weapon if you wish. After doing all this drive back to the hotel. Another easy mission!

Jury Fury
This mission is averagely difficult. The hardest thing about it is not to get busted. The objective of the mission is to "persuade" two jurors to change their mind in the court case. You have to smash up their cars but do not hurt them. Use the hammer. You have to be sure to smash every area of the car. If you can do this without getting busted you will easily pass the mission. Now go and take the last Ken Rosenburg mission.
Reward $400 Riot
This mission is a little harder. First head down and change your clothes. Then head to the site. Your objective is to start a fight with four workers. To make this easier you can just drive a vheicle in and run people over. This is just as effective. After you do this the gate will open. Using a gun shoot the explosive barrels to destroy the trucks. If you can do this you earn $1000 and complete Ken Rosenburgs missions.
Colonel Cortez Missions
Trecharous Swine
In this mission you are asked to kill cortez's former right hand man. He gives you a chainsaw. You do not have to use it but it makes a gory scene. Anyway drive to his apartment. You will view a short cutscene you then find yourself outside. Choose a weapon and kill him. After you kill him you get a 2 star wanted level. Get into a vheicle and drive to the nearby pay and spray.

Mall Shootout
You are told to recieve some chips from a french man at the mall. When you get their walk up to him and you find out you have been followed. You must chase him and when you catch up to him him you must kill him. There are several ways you can kill him. He is on a motorcycle so you can just run him over or you can do a drive by shooting and kill him that way. Whatever way you do it you are going to get a 2 star wanted level. Just find a sturdy vheicle and drive back to cortez's yacht.

Guardian Angels
You are asked to oversee a drug deal for "Mr. Coke" The first thing you need to do is follow the blip on the radar to the car garage where corte has stashed an assault rifle for you to use. After you gather it here comes Lance. You find out that he has come to help you. Take him to the blip which is where the deal is going down. Climb up the stairs to get a good vantage point. After the start of the deal the hatians come to bust the deal. You need to kill all the hatians but be sure not to kill Diaz. Be careful because in the middle of the fight a hatian goes and attacks Lance. After you kill them all Hatians on dirtbikes come and steal the money. GEt on the dirtbike and kill the hatian nd get the money back. TAke the money back to diaz. You can now take missions from diaz.
Reward $1000 The Chase
You have to follow a man all the way to prawn island. You have to go to his apartment, and chase him over the rooftops. He then jumps off and gets into a jeep. Grab the nearby moped and follow him not that close to where he can shoot you, but where you can still see him. Do not kill him or you will fail the mission. Just follow him to prawn island and try not to do anything stupid.

You and Lance have to go and clear out that same building on Prawn island you followed the man to on the last mission. Lance flies the helicopter you shoot out the side. You make a few passes on the building take out as many men as you can. You will go near the roof and hear some one say your on my turf ass hole. Theese are the last 3 men you kill from the helicopter. After this Lance sets you down and you have to get to the roof. I suggest using the shotgun. When you get to the roof collect the briefcase and complete the mission.

Sir Yes Sir
We now have another Cortez mission to deal with. He asks you to steal a piece of military hardware that happens to be a tank. So NOw head to the blip. By now you've unlocked another part of the city and the blip is in little Havana. I just suggest going right up the the tank and try to get in it. If at first it is locked bash it with a melee weapon. If the soldiers tell you to step away from the tank do it for a few seconds to avoid getting shot with a m-16. After you steal the tank you see a self-destruct bar come up when this depletes the tank will blow itself up. So drive as fast as you can to the lockup. Do not worry about your wanted level because anything the tank runs over is destroyed.Once you drive the tank into the garage the mission is complete.

The fastest BOat.
Diaz tells you he wants a faster boat and he hears there is such a vessel being developed at the boatyard. He wants you to steal it for him. You have to go down to the boatyard located in viceport. When you get their take out a shotgun or uzi and wipe up all the people working at the boatyard. When you have killed all of them lower the boat into the water. Then climb in. You now have a wanted level. Do not worry about the police boats. Just concentrate on getting back to Diaz's house with the boat.

Supply and Demand
There is a drug dealer who sells all of his stash to the first boat that reaches him. Diaz wants you to take the fastest boat and beat all the other boats to him. Lance shoots while you drive. The fastest route is taking the left path. Once you reach him and get the stash you switch to shooter and shoot angry drug dealers All you have to do is survive till you get back to the mansion. If you can do this mission you get a great reward.

DeAth Row
To get this mission you get a call from Kent Paul telling you to meet him at the malibu. When you get there you find out Diaz is holding Lance at the junkyard. Have a fast car parked outside of the malibu because you need speed for this mission. Right before you get their bail out of your car and you might be able to take out some guards in the process. So head in and take out the guards and resuce Lance. You then need to take Lance to the hospital. I recommend you drive him in the trashmaster, because Diaz's men chase you all the way their. When you finish this mission you do not get a reward but diaz's days are numbered.
Wipe out
You meeet Lance by the mansion on starfish island. Lance has brought some firepower for you to use. You have to go in their with Lance and take out all of diaz's men. You need to have body armor and a weapon like a shotgun. After you catch up with Diaz You need to kill him. You get a whopping reward for this the mansion and control over diaz's buisness.
reward $50000 You now have control of the mansion and can do missions for yourself but let's finish off the last cortez mission.
All hands on deck
The french are hot on the colonels trail. He is forced to go out to sea. You must defend him and his yacht. Make sure before you take this mission you have full body armor and lots of weapons with lots of ammo. After it starts there are many people that jump on the boat and attack. Mop them up with a weapon. Soon you will get to a block in the water. You must clear a way for the yacht to move through. Get up front and clear a path through the boats. After this you have to take 2 helicopters out. REmember if you ever need more ammo you can just get some on the top deck. After the mission you get a reward and the colonel gives you a speeder boat.

Now we are going to move on to the Tommy Vercetti Missions
Shakedown
In this mission you have to torch several places at the mall and have only 5 minutes to do this. This mission can be pretty difficult. Before trying it get armor and a whole bunch of grenades. After the movie hop into the infernus and drive to the mall. Remember you are on a time limit so drive as quickly as possible. Once your inside the mall. Seek out and destroy every dispplay of every store shown on your radar. You will get a wanted level so make sure you don't get killed. After you complete this mission you are able to buy properties.
Reward $2000 You can now buy properties but let's first finish the missions for your protection scheme.
Bar brawl
A local bar is refusing to pay protection because they claim they are protected by a local gang of thugs. First drive to the bar. You need to take out the 2 guards out front. You can do a drive by shooting or kill them another way. Then talk to the manager who will tell you where the gang is. Now go over there and kill every one of their gang members you can find. After you do this 2 guards escape on motorcycles chase them down and kill them to complete this mission.
Reward $4000
Cop Land
This is the last Tommy Vercetti mission. After doing this YOu can collect $5000 from the vercetti estate everyday. Your henchman was supposed to torch a place at the mall but he screwed the fuses and now the whole place is wired to blow. You will have to find cop uniforms and go down there set a bomb to go off and get back to your mansion. First drive to the blip on your radar which is the lockup. Once you get here you and lance need to get a wanted level to lure cops to you. Once you do lure 2 cops in the garage. Just make sure there is no car blocking the door to come down. After you have two cop uniforms there is a cop car in the yard right next to the garage. Once your in the car drive to the mall. Go inside and follow the blip to the tarbush coffee shop. Go inside and set the bomb. You now have 5 seconds to get out. Once outside you have a 5 star wanted level. It's hard but if you can get back to the vercetti estate you get a good reward and $5000 everyday from your protection ring.
P.s. You could also instead of going to the vercetti estate go to a pay and spray to get rid of your wanted level. Reward $10000
Now we are going to cover the asset missions. To unlock the final 2 missions of the game you need to complete the malibu and print works assets along with 3 others. Some of theese missions can get hard good luck.
Pole position Club
Cost $30,000 This is by far the easiest asset to complete. After buying it head in and walk to the back into the first room. You need to spend $600. It takes a while but be patient. After doing this you have completed this asset. It will now generate $4000 a day.

Kaufman Cab company Cost $40000
V.I.P
You find out there is a high class fare on starfish island. You have 1 minute to get their. Once you get their press l3 to sound the horn. But another cab comes up and steals the passenger. You now have to get him back. Ram the other cab or shoot it to damage it but bve sure not to kill the passenger. Once you do enough damage he gets into your cab. Once you have him take him to the blip at the airport. Reward $1000
Frinendly Rivarly
VC cabs keeps beating your drivers to customers so you need to destroy 3 of their cabs. Find them on the blip and i reccomend using drive by shootings to destroy all 3 cabs. Reward $2000
Cabmagedeon
You are told to pick up mercedes so go to the blip on the radar. But when you get their you learm it's a trap. You have to survive for a minute in a ring full of rival cab drivers. Drive around making wide turns to survive. Another strategy is to weave in and out of the poles in the lot. After the 60 seconds is over the head of vc cabs comes in. Find a way to kill him to complete the mission and the kaufman cabs asset. Reward $5000 a new brown cab and kaufman cabs will now generate $5000 a day.
Boatyard
Price $10000
Checkpoint Charlie
All you need to do to complete the boatyard is complete the checkpoint race. Use the boat on the left (squallo) it makes it much easier. Reward $5000

Cost $70000
Spilling the beans
You have to meet kent paul at the malibu. So go there and talk to him. You find out at the docks there is a man who will know when the plates are coming in next. So head to the blip at the docks. It is easier if you can take out a few guards with your sniper rifle before going in. So go on the boat and fight your way to the blip. After this you have a wanted rating. To save time just jump of the side of the boat. Get in a car and go to the print works.
Reward $2000
Hit the courier
The courier is arriving at the docks soon so get their as fast as you can. Have full body armor and lots of weapons ready. When you get their you find women with shotguns and sniper rifles. Use your weapons and take care of them. This mission is much easier if you can kill the courier befoire she gets in a car. Kill her and take the plates back to the print works.
p.s. If she does get in a car damage the car until she gets out but make sure the car doesn't blow up or ypu'll destroy the plates.
Reward $5000 And the print works will now generate $8000 a day.
The malibu
Cost $120000
Buying the malibu opens up some of the hardest missions in the game but when you complete them you will be very close to completing the game.
No escape?
After buying the malibu Tommy decides he wants to do a job on a bank. The first thing you will need is a safe man. The perfect man for the job is cam jones. The only problem is he is in jail at the time. You need to bust him out. First drive to the police station. Then go in the bathroom to get a cop unifom. Then head upstairs to get the key to the cells. Then head down to his cell. After getting him you now have a wanted level. Fight your way out of the station then drive to a pay and spray. Then drive him back to his house.

The shootist
You will also need a stick up man so drive to the shooting range downtown. You will need to beat phills score of 60. In the first round the close targets are worth 1 middle targets are worth 2 and far targets are worth 3. Try to use all your bullets because you get more after each round. Targets in the other 2 rounds are worth 1 point each.

The driver
You will also of course need a getaway driver. This is one tough mission so good luck. The driver you want is hilary. He will only drive for you if you can beat him in a race so prepare. This mission is so hard because while your driving a sentinental he has a sabre 2 turbo. You also have to battle a 2 star wanted level. The best strategy to use is to just try to keep up with him and at the end try to spin him out so you have the oppurtunity to win.

The job
This is the moment you've been waiting for. In this mission you and your group get to rob a bank. Have everyone get inside the taxi.(try to make sure you do not damage the vheicle on the way). When you get their get out and go in the bushes to find your costume to use. Go in and let everyone know this is a raid. You first need to take cam to the safe. After the start of the deal the hatians come to bust the deal. You need to kill all the hatians but be sure not to kill Diaz. Be careful because in the middle of the fight a hatian goes and attacks Lance. After you kill them all Hatians on dirtbikes come and steal the money. GEt on the dirtbike and kill the hatian nd get the money back. TAke the money back to diaz. You can now take missions from diaz.
Reward $1000 The Chase
You have to follow a man all the way to prawn island. You have to go to his apartment, and chase him over the rooftops. He then jumps off and gets into a jeep. Grab the nearby moped and follow him not that close to where he can shoot you, but where you can still see him. Do not kill him or you will fail the mission. Just follow him to prawn island and try not to do anything stupid.

You and Lance have to go and clear out that same building on Prawn island you followed the man to on the last mission. Lance flies the helicopter you shoot out the side. You make a few passes on the building take out as many men as you can. You will go near the roof and hear some one say your on my turf ass hole. Theese are the last 3 men you kill from the helicopter. After this Lance sets you down and you have to get to the roof. I suggest using the shotgun. When you get to the roof collect the briefcase and complete the mission.

Sir Yes Sir
We now have another Cortez mission to deal with. He asks you to steal a piece of military hardware that happens to be a tank. So NOw head to the blip. By now you've unlocked another part of the city and the blip is in little Havana. I just suggest going right up the the tank and try to get in it. If at first it is locked bash it with a melee weapon. If the soldiers tell you to step away from the tank do it for a few seconds to avoid getting shot with a m-16. After you steal the tank you see a self-destruct bar come up when this depletes the tank will blow itself up. So drive as fast as you can to the lockup. Do not worry about your wanted level because anything the tank runs over is destroyed.Once you drive the tank into the garage the mission is complete.

The fastest BOat.
Diaz tells you he wants a faster boat and he hears there is such a vessel being developed at the boatyard. He wants you to steal it for him. You have to go down to the boatyard located in viceport. When you get their take out a shotgun or uzi and wipe up all the people working at the boatyard. When you have killed all of them lower the boat into the water. Then climb in. You now have a wanted level. Do not worry about the police boats. Just concentrate on getting back to Diaz's house with the boat.

Supply and Demand
There is a drug dealer who sells all of his stash to the first boat that reaches him. Diaz wants you to take the fastest boat and beat all the other boats to him. Lance shoots while you drive. The fastest route is taking the left path. Once you reach him and get the stash you switch to shooter and shoot angry drug dealers All you have to do is survive till you get back to the mansion. If you can do this mission you get a great reward.

DeAth Row
To get this mission you get a call from Kent Paul telling you to meet him at the malibu. When you get there you find out Diaz is holding Lance at the junkyard. Have a fast car parked outside of the malibu because you need speed for this mission. Right before you get their bail out of your car and you might be able to take out some guards in the process. So head in and take out the guards and resuce Lance. You then need to take Lance to the hospital. I recommend you drive him in the trashmaster, because Diaz's men chase you all the way their. When you finish this mission you do not get a reward but diaz's days are numbered.
Wipe out
You meeet Lance by the mansion on starfish island. Lance has brought some firepower for you to use. You have to go in their with Lance and take out all of diaz's men. You need to have body armor and a weapon like a shotgun. After you catch up with Diaz You need to kill him. You get a whopping reward for this the mansion and control over diaz's buisness.
reward $50000 You now have control of the mansion and can do missions for yourself but let's finish off the last cortez mission.
All hands on deck
The french are hot on the colonels trail. He is forced to go out to sea. You must defend him and his yacht. Make sure before you take this mission you have full body armor and lots of weapons with lots of ammo. After it starts there are many people that jump on the boat and attack. Mop them up with a weapon. Soon you will get to a block in the water. You must clear a way for the yacht to move through. Get up front and clear a path through the boats. After this you have to take 2 helicopters out. REmember if you ever need more ammo you can just get some on the top deck. After the mission you get a reward and the colonel gives you a speeder boat.

Now we are going to move on to the Tommy Vercetti Missions
Shakedown
In this mission you have to torch several places at the mall and have only 5 minutes to do this. This mission can be pretty difficult. Before trying it get armor and a whole bunch of grenades. After the movie hop into the infernus and drive to the mall. Remember you are on a time limit so drive as quickly as possible. Once your inside the mall. Seek out and destroy every dispplay of every store shown on your radar. You will get a wanted level so make sure you don't get killed. After you complete this mission you are able to buy properties.
Reward $2000 You can now buy properties but let's first finish the missions for your protection scheme.
Bar brawl
A local bar is refusing to pay protection because they claim they are protected by a local gang of thugs. First drive to the bar. You need to take out the 2 guards out front. You can do a drive by shooting or kill them another way. Then talk to the manager who will tell you where the gang is. Now go over there and kill every one of their gang members you can find. After you do this 2 guards escape on motorcycles chase them down and kill them to complete this mission.
Reward $4000
Cop Land
This is the last Tommy Vercetti mission. After doing this YOu can collect $5000 from the vercetti estate everyday. Your henchman was supposed to torch a place at the mall but he screwed the fuses and now the whole place is wired to blow. You will have to find cop uniforms and go down there set a bomb to go off and get back to your mansion. First drive to the blip on your radar which is the lockup. Once you get here you and lance need to get a wanted level to lure cops to you. Once you do lure 2 cops in the garage. Just make sure there is no car blocking the door to come down. After you have two cop uniforms there is a cop car in the yard right next to the garage. Once your in the car drive to the mall. Go inside and follow the blip to the tarbush coffee shop. Go inside and set the bomb. You now have 5 seconds to get out. Once outside you have a 5 star wanted level. It's hard but if you can get back to the vercetti estate you get a good reward and $5000 everyday from your protection ring.
P.s. You could also instead of going to the vercetti estate go to a pay and spray to get rid of your wanted level. Reward $10000
Now we are going to cover the asset missions. To unlock the final 2 missions of the game you need to complete the malibu and print works assets along with 3 others. Some of theese missions can get hard good luck.
Pole position Club
Cost $30,000 This is by far the easiest asset to complete. After buying it head in and walk to the back into the first room. You need to spend $600. It takes a while but be patient. After doing this you have completed this asset. It will now generate $4000 a day.

Kaufman Cab company Cost $40000
V.I.P
You find out there is a high class fare on starfish island. You have 1 minute to get their. Once you get their press l3 to sound the horn. But another cab comes up and steals the passenger. You now have to get him back. Ram the other cab or shoot it to damage it but bve sure not to kill the passenger. Once you do enough damage he gets into your cab. Once you have him take him to the blip at the airport. Reward $1000
Frinendly Rivarly
VC cabs keeps beating your drivers to customers so you need to destroy 3 of their cabs. Find them on the blip and i reccomend using drive by shootings to destroy all 3 cabs. Reward $2000
Cabmagedeon
You are told to pick up mercedes so go to the blip on the radar. But when you get their you learm it's a trap. You have to survive for a minute in a ring full of rival cab drivers. Drive around making wide turns to survive. Another strategy is to weave in and out of the poles in the lot. After the 60 seconds is over the head of vc cabs comes in. Find a way to kill him to complete the mission and the kaufman cabs asset. Reward $5000 a new brown cab and kaufman cabs will now generate $5000 a day.
Boatyard
Price $10000
Checkpoint Charlie
All you need to do to complete the boatyard is complete the checkpoint race. Use the boat on the left (squallo) it makes it much easier. Reward $5000

Cost $70000
Spilling the beans
You have to meet kent paul at the malibu. So go there and talk to him. You find out at the docks there is a man who will know when the plates are coming in next. So head to the blip at the docks. It is easier if you can take out a few guards with your sniper rifle before going in. So go on the boat and fight your way to the blip. After this you have a wanted rating. To save time just jump of the side of the boat. Get in a car and go to the print works.
Reward $2000
Hit the courier
The courier is arriving at the docks soon so get their as fast as you can. Have full body armor and lots of weapons ready. When you get their you find women with shotguns and sniper rifles. Use your weapons and take care of them. This mission is much easier if you can kill the courier befoire she gets in a car. Kill her and take the plates back to the print works.
p.s. If she does get in a car damage the car until she gets out but make sure the car doesn't blow up or ypu'll destroy the plates.
Reward $5000 And the print works will now generate $8000 a day.
The malibu
Cost $120000
Buying the malibu opens up some of the hardest missions in the game but when you complete them you will be very close to completing the game.
No escape?
After buying the malibu Tommy decides he wants to do a job on a bank. The first thing you will need is a safe man. The perfect man for the job is cam jones. The only problem is he is in jail at the time. You need to bust him out. First drive to the police station. Then go in the bathroom to get a cop unifom. Then head upstairs to get the key to the cells. Then head down to his cell. After getting him you now have a wanted level. Fight your way out of the station then drive to a pay and spray. Then drive him back to his house.

The shootist
You will also need a stick up man so drive to the shooting range downtown. You will need to beat phills score of 60. In the first round the close targets are worth 1 middle targets are worth 2 and far targets are worth 3. Try to use all your bullets because you get more after each round. Targets in the other 2 rounds are worth 1 point each.

The driver
You will also of course need a getaway driver. This is one tough mission so good luck. The driver you want is hilary. He will only drive for you if you can beat him in a race so prepare. This mission is so hard because while your driving a sentinental he has a sabre 2 turbo. You also have to battle a 2 star wanted level. The best strategy to use is to just try to keep up with him and at the end try to spin him out so you have the oppurtunity to win.

The job
This is the moment you've been waiting for. In this mission you and your group get to rob a bank. Have everyone get inside the taxi.(try to make sure you do not damage the vheicle on the way). When you get their get out and go in the bushes to find your costume to use. Go in and let everyone know this is a raid. You first need to take cam to the safe. Go upstairs killing the guards as you go. Then when you arrive he tells you he needs the manager. Go downstairs and take the manager upstairs with you. Then go back down to check on phill. When you get there someone has pulled the alarm. The swat team will be arriving soon. You may want to kill the hostages so you wont waste time targeting them. When they get their take them all out then go outside. Hilary will be shot. Get in the taxi with your team. You can now 1.Drive straight to cams house or 2.First drive to the pay and spray down the street. After you do this you get a huge reward and complete the malibu asset.
Reward $50000 and the malibu will now generate $10000 a day.
If you have followed the guide up to this point, The first of the last 2 missions is available but before that let's complete the film studio, the last asset.
Recruitment drive
For your new production you need 2 stars, mercedes and candy suxxx. so go get candy downtown. She is interested but first you must kill her agent. He orders 4 men to rush you kill them and chase him down. When you catch him kill him. Then go back and pick candy up. Then drive and pick up mercedes. Take them both back to the studio to complete the mission.

D**** dodo
To hype the movie you need to distribute the flyers. Get in the seaplane to start the mission. You need to fly through all the checkpoints before you run out of gas.

Marthas mug shot.
Congressman shrub is the only thing harming your movie. You will need to take some photos as black mail so follow her limo to the blip. then climb to the top of the hotel on the other side of the street. You need to take 3 photos. After you do so you will receive a wanted level. Just get back to the studio any way you can to complete the mission.
Reward $4000
p.s To make this mission much easier before candy gets in the limo use the sparrow plane so after you take the pictures you can make it to the studio quickly.
G spotlight
You need to stir up more publicity before the release of the movie. So go tto the blip with a pcj. You then need to go the roof. You must use the ramps and go through the checkpoints. Go through them all to turn on the publicity spotlight.
Reward $8000 and the film studio will generate $7000 a day.
p.s. If you are having trouble you can always cheat and use a helicopter to get through all the checkpoints.
Now that you have completed all the asset missions let's tackle the final 2 missions of the game.
Cap the collecter
When you get a cell phone call saying there is a problem at the print works get over there and make sure you have a rocket launcher. When you get there you are told that the mafia is in town to tax all of your assets. You must kill all the collectors. The way i reccomend jdoing this is drive to sunshine autos. Wait there until collectors come and then kill them. You can complete this ehole mission by standing in the parking lot of sunshine autos and killing the collectors with your rocket launcher.

After beating this mission you will get a phone call from lance. The final mission is now availble.
Keep your friends close..
Go to your mansion after the phone call to meet sonny. You plan to fool him with counterfeit cash, but lance tells him of the scheme. The first part of the mission invlolves you protecting your safe. Just kill his men when they enter the room. After about a minute of this you are told to kill lance. Instead of risking a head to head confrintation with you he takes cheap pot shots at you. Once you follow him to the roof you need to kill him. I used the spas- 12 shotgun. Remember at any time during this mission you can get armor from the basement. After killing lance you need to kill sonny forelli. Go to the blip in the main room of your house. I used the sniper rifle to kill him. after doing this you have beat the game!Congradulations!

Avery carrington
9 iron
in this mission you need to kill someone who is at the golf range enjoying his last game of golf. First get some golf clothes from the store down the road.5000 You must go over there and kill him. Once you get in their the easiest way to beat this mission is to destroy all the golf carts. Then kill the man with your golf club.

Demolition man.
Avery wants you to use a remote controlled helicopter to plant bombs to destroy a building down the street. My reccomendation is to start with the top floor and work your way down.

Two bit hit
To drive down real estate prices avery wants you to start a gang war. A hatian gang lord died. You need to drive to the blip and get cuban clothes. Now drive to the funeral. Just cause a scene. Shoot things and kill people. Then when you are told get out of little haiti.

Stunt boat challenge
Before you work for him he wants to test your driving skills. He tells you to take the boat on a checkpoint race. This race is easy just collect all the checkpoints within the timelimit.

This is obviously the easiest mission in the Game. After viewing the cutscene drive to the blip on the radar which is rafaels clothes shop. After this you look more respectable. After getting your new clothes drive to the blip which is the colonels yacht. After meeting with all the people the colonels daughter mercedes asks you to drive her to the pole position club. Just be sure not to kill her and you will have no trouble passing the first mission.

Back Alley Brawl
After leaving the lawyers office Drive to the Malibu to meet Kent Paul. After being told that a local cook may have something to do with the deal drive to ocean drive and BEAT HIM UP! After you do this you meet a new charachter named Lance. After meeting him you see 3 knife wielding cooks show up behind you. Do not stay and try to fight them. Just run and get into lances car. After this he tells you to drive to ammunation. Drive there and buy a weapon if you wish. After doing all this drive back to the hotel. Another easy mission!

Jury Fury
This mission is averagely difficult. The hardest thing about it is not to get busted. The objective of the mission is to "persuade" two jurors to change their mind in the court case. You have to smash up their cars but do not hurt them. Use the hammer. You have to be sure to smash every area of the car. If you can do this without getting busted you will easily pass the mission. Now go and take the last Ken Rosenburg mission.
Reward $400 Riot
This mission is a little harder. First head down and change your clothes. Then head to the site. Your objective is to start a fight with four workers. To make this easier you can just drive a vheicle in and run people over. This is just as effective. After you do this the gate will open. Using a gun shoot the explosive barrels to destroy the trucks. If you can do this you earn $1000 and complete Ken Rosenburgs missions.
Colonel Cortez Missions

In this mission you are asked to kill cortez's former right hand man. He gives you a chainsaw. You do not have to use it but it makes a gory scene. Anyway drive to his apartment. You will view a short cutscene you then find yourself outside. Choose a weapon and kill him. After you kill him you get a 2 star wanted level. Get into a vheicle and drive to the nearby pay and spray.

Mall Shootout
You are told to recieve some chips from a french man at the mall. When you get their walk up to him and you find out you have been followed. You must chase him and when you catch up to him him you must kill him. There are several ways you can kill him. He is on a motorcycle so you can just run him over or you can do a drive by shooting and kill him that way. Whatever way you do it you are going to get a 2 star wanted level. Just find a sturdy vheicle and drive back to cortez's yacht.

Guardian Angels
You are asked to oversee a drug deal for "Mr. Coke" The first thing you need to do is follow the blip on the radar to the car garage where corte has stashed an assault rifle for you to use. After you gather it here comes Lance. You find out that he has come to help you. Take him to the blip which is where the deal is going down. Climb up the stairs to get a good vantage point. You find out there is a high class fare on starfish island. You have 1 minute to get their. Once you get their press l3 to sound the horn. But another cab comes up and steals the passenger. You now have to get him back. Ram the other cab or shoot it to damage it but bve sure not to kill the passenger. Once you do enough damage he gets into your cab. Once you have him take him to the blip at the airport. Reward $1000
Frinendly Rivarly
VC cabs keeps beating your drivers to customers so you need to destroy 3 of their cabs. Find them on the blip and i reccomend using drive by shootings to destroy all 3 cabs. Reward $2000
Cabmagedeon
You are told to pick up mercedes so go to the blip on the radar. But when you get their you learm it's a trap. You have to survive for a minute in a ring full of rival cab drivers. Drive around making wide turns to survive. Another strategy is to weave in and out of the poles in the lot. After the 60 seconds is over the head of vc cabs comes in. Find a way to kill him to complete the mission and the kaufman cabs asset. Reward $5000 a new brown cab and kaufman cabs will now generate $5000 a day.
Boatyard

Checkpoint Charlie
All you need to do to complete the boatyard is complete the checkpoint race. Use the boat on the left (squallo) it makes it much easier. Reward $5000

Spilling the beans
You have to meet kent paul at the malibu. So go there and talk to him. You find out at the docks there is a man who will know when the plates are coming in next. So head to the blip at the docks. It is easier if you can take out a few guards with your sniper rifle before going in. So go on the boat and fight your way to the blip. After this you have a wanted rating. To save time just jump of the side of the boat. Get in a car and go to the print works.
Reward $2000
Hit the courier
The courier is arriving at the docks soon so get their as fast as you can. Have full body armor and lots of weapons ready. When you get their you find women with shotguns and sniper rifles. Use your weapons and take care of them. This mission is much easier if you can kill the courier befoire she gets in a car. Kill her and take the plates back to the print works.
p.s. If she does get in a car damage the car until she gets out but make sure the car doesn't blow up or ypu'll destroy the plates.
Reward $5000 And the print works will now generate $8000 a day.
The malibu
Cost $120000
Buying the malibu opens up some of the hardest missions in the game but when you complete them you will be very close to completing the game.
No escape?
After buying the malibu Tommy decides he wants to do a job on a bank. The first thing you will need is a safe man. The perfect man for the job is cam jones. The only problem is he is in jail at the time. You need to bust him out. First drive to the police station. Then go in the bathroom to get a cop unifom. Then head upstairs to get the key to the cells. Then head down to his cell. After getting him you now have a wanted level. Fight your way out of the station then drive to a pay and spray. Then drive him back to his house.

The shootist
You will also need a stick up man so drive to the shooting range downtown. You will need to beat phills score of 60. In the first round the close targets are worth 1 middle targets are worth 2 and far targets are worth 3. Try to use all your bullets because you get more after each round. Targets in the other 2 rounds are worth 1 point each.

The driver
You will also of course need a getaway driver. This is one tough mission so good luck. The driver you want is hilary. He will only drive for you if you can beat him in a race so prepare. This mission is so hard because while your driving a sentinental he has a sabre 2 turbo. You also have to battle a 2 star wanted level. The best strategy to use is to just try to keep up with him and at the end try to spin him out so you have the oppurtunity to win.

The job
This is the moment you've been waiting for. In this mission you and your group get to rob a bank. Have everyone get inside the taxi.(try to make sure you do not damage the vheicle on the way). When you get their get out and go in the bushes to find your costume to use. Go in and let everyone know this is a raid. You first need to take cam to the safe. Go upstairs killing the guards as you go. Then when you arrive he tells you he needs the manager. Go downstairs and take the manager upstairs with you. Then go back down to check on phill. When you get there someone has pulled the alarm. The swat team will be arriving soon. You may want to kill the hostages so you wont waste time targeting them. When they get their take them all out then go outside. Hilary will be shot. Get in the taxi with your team. You can now 1.Drive straight to cams house or 2.First drive to the pay and spray down the street. After you do this you get a huge reward and complete the malibu asset.
Reward $50000 and the malibu will now generate $10000 a day.
If you have followed the guide up to this point, The first of the last 2 missions is available but before that let's complete the film studio, the last asset.
Recruitment drive
For your new production you need 2 stars, mercedes and candy suxxx. so go get candy downtown. She is interested but first you must kill her agent. He orders 4 men to rush you kill them and chase him down. When you catch him kill him. Then go back and pick candy up. Then drive and pick up mercedes. Take them both back to the studio to complete the mission.

To hype the movie you need to distribute the flyers. Get in the seaplane to start the mission. You need to fly through all the checkpoints before you run out of gas.

Marthas mug shot.
Congressman shrub is the only thing harming your movie. You will need to take some photos as black mail so follow her limo to the blip. then climb to the top of the hotel on the other side of the street. You need to take 3 photos. After you do so you will receive a wanted level. Just get back to the studio any way you can to complete the mission.

p.s To make this mission much easier before candy gets in the limo use the sparrow plane so after you take the pictures you can make it to the studio quickly.
G spotlight
You need to stir up more publicity before the release of the movie. So go tto the blip with a pcj. You then need to go the roof. You must use the ramps and go through the checkpoints. Go through them all to turn on the publicity spotlight.
Reward $8000 and the film studio will generate $7000 a day.
p.s. If you are having trouble you can always cheat and use a helicopter to get through all the checkpoints.
Now that you have completed all the asset missions let's tackle the final 2 missions of the game.
Cap the collecter
When you get a cell phone call saying there is a problem at the print works get over there and make sure you have a rocket launcher. When you get there you are told that the mafia is in town to tax all of your assets. You must kill all the collectors. The way i reccomend jdoing this is drive to sunshine autos. Wait there until collectors come and then kill them. You can complete this ehole mission by standing in the parking lot of sunshine autos and killing the collectors with your rocket launcher.
Reward $30000
After beating this mission you will get a phone call from lance. The final mission is now availble.
Keep your friends close..
Go to your mansion after the phone call to meet sonny. You plan to fool him with counterfeit cash, but lance tells him of the scheme. The first part of the mission invlolves you protecting your safe. Just kill his men when they enter the room. After about a minute of this you are told to kill lance. Instead of risking a head to head confrintation with you he takes cheap pot shots at you. Once you follow him to the roof you need to kill him. I used the spas- 12 shotgun. Remember at any time during this mission you can get armor from the basement. After killing lance you need to kill sonny forelli. Go to the blip in the main room of your house. I used the sniper rifle to kill him. after doing this you have beat the game!Congradulations!

Now that you have beat all the main missions you might now want to go back and do the side missions.
Avery carrington
9 iron
in this mission you need to kill someone who is at the golf range enjoying his last game of golf. First get some golf clothes from the store down the road.5000 You must go over there and kill him. Once you get in their the easiest way to beat this mission is to destroy all the golf carts. Then kill the man with your golf club.
Reward $500
Demolition man.
Avery wants you to use a remote controlled helicopter to plant bombs to destroy a building down the street. My reccomendation is to start with the top floor and work your way down.

Two bit hit
To drive down real estate prices avery wants you to start a gang war. A hatian gang lord died. You need to drive to the blip and get cuban clothes. Now drive to the funeral. Just cause a scene. Shoot things and kill people. Then when you are told get out of little haiti.

Since the gang war started the cubans need some help fighting it. If you want to take theese missions go to the blip in little havana.
Stunt boat challenge
Before you work for him he wants to test your driving skills. He tells you to take the boat on a checkpoint race. This race is easy just collect all the checkpoints within the timelimit.

Main Missions:
The Party
This is obviously the easiest mission in the Game. After viewing the cutscene drive to the blip on the radar which is rafaels clothes shop. After this you look more respectable. After getting your new clothes drive to the blip which is the colonels yacht. After meeting with all the people the colonels daughter mercedes asks you to drive her to the pole position club. Just be sure not to kill her and you will have no trouble passing the first mission.

Back Alley Brawl
After leaving the lawyers office Drive to the Malibu to meet Kent Paul. After being told that a local cook may have something to do with the deal drive to ocean drive and BEAT HIM UP! After you do this you meet a new charachter named Lance. After meeting him you see 3 knife wielding cooks show up behind you. Do not stay and try to fight them. Just run and get into lances car. After this he tells you to drive to ammunation. Drive there and buy a weapon if you wish. After doing all this drive back to the hotel. Another easy mission!

Jury Fury
This mission is averagely difficult. The hardest thing about it is not to get busted. The objective of the mission is to "persuade" two jurors to change their mind in the court case. You have to smash up their cars but do not hurt them. Use the hammer. You have to be sure to smash every area of the car. If you can do this without getting busted you will easily pass the mission. Now go and take the last Ken Rosenburg mission.
Reward $400 Riot
This mission is a little harder. First head down and change your clothes. Then head to the site. Your objective is to start a fight with four workers. To make this easier you can just drive a vheicle in and run people over. This is just as effective. After you do this the gate will open. Using a gun shoot the explosive barrels to destroy the trucks. If you can do this you earn $1000 and complete Ken Rosenburgs missions.
Colonel Cortez Missions
Trecharous Swine
In this mission you are asked to kill cortez's former right hand man. He gives you a chainsaw. You do not have to use it but it makes a gory scene. Anyway drive to his apartment. You will view a short cutscene you then find yourself outside. Choose a weapon and kill him. After you kill him you get a 2 star wanted level. Get into a vheicle and drive to the nearby pay and spray.

long technical college
Mall Shootout
You are told to recieve some chips from a french man at the mall. When you get their walk up to him and you find out you have been followed. You must chase him and when you catch up to him him you must kill him. There are several ways you can kill him. He is on a motorcycle so you can just run him over or you can do a drive by shooting and kill him that way. Whatever way you do it you are going to get a 2 star wanted level. Just find a sturdy vheicle and drive back to cortez's yacht.

Guardian Angels
You are asked to oversee a drug deal for "Mr. Coke" The first thing you need to do is follow the blip on the radar to the car garage where corte has stashed an assault rifle for you to use. After you gather it here comes Lance. You find out that he has come to help you. Take him to the blip which is where the deal is going down. Climb up the stairs to get a good vantage point. After the start of the deal the hatians come to bust the deal. You need to kill all the hatians but be sure not to kill Diaz. Be careful because in the middle of the fight a hatian goes and attacks Lance. After you kill them all Hatians on dirtbikes come and steal the money. GEt on the dirtbike and kill the hatian nd get the money back. TAke the money back to diaz. You can now take missions from diaz.
Reward $1000 The Chase
You have to follow a man all the way to prawn island. You have to go to his apartment, and chase him over the rooftops. He then jumps off and gets into a jeep. Grab the nearby moped and follow him not that close to where he can shoot you, but where you can still see him. Do not kill him or you will fail the mission. Just follow him to prawn island and try not to do anything stupid.

You and Lance have to go and clear out that same building on Prawn island you followed the man to on the last mission. Lance flies the helicopter you shoot out the side. You make a few passes on the building take out as many men as you can. You will go near the roof and hear some one say your on my turf ass hole. Theese are the last 3 men you kill from the helicopter. After this Lance sets you down and you have to get to the roof. I suggest using the shotgun. When you get to the roof collect the briefcase and complete the mission.

Sir Yes Sir
We now have another Cortez mission to deal with. He asks you to steal a piece of military hardware that happens to be a tank. So NOw head to the blip. By now you've unlocked another part of the city and the blip is in little Havana. I just suggest going right up the the tank and try to get in it. If at first it is locked bash it with a melee weapon. If the soldiers tell you to step away from the tank do it for a few seconds to avoid getting shot with a m-16. After you steal the tank you see a self-destruct bar come up when this depletes the tank will blow itself up. So drive as fast as you can to the lockup. Do not worry about your wanted level because anything the tank runs over is destroyed.Once you drive the tank into the garage the mission is complete.

The fastest BOat.
Diaz tells you he wants a faster boat and he hears there is such a vessel being developed at the boatyard. He wants you to steal it for him. You have to go down to the boatyard located in viceport. When you get their take out a shotgun or uzi and wipe up all the people working at the boatyard. When you have killed all of them lower the boat into the water. Then climb in. You now have a wanted level. Do not worry about the police boats. Just concentrate on getting back to Diaz's house with the boat.

Supply and Demand
There is a drug dealer who sells all of his stash to the first boat that reaches him. Diaz wants you to take the fastest boat and beat all the other boats to him. Lance shoots while you drive. The fastest route is taking the left path. Once you reach him and get the stash you switch to shooter and shoot angry drug dealers All you have to do is survive till you get back to the mansion. If you can do this mission you get a great reward.

DeAth Row
To get this mission you get a call from Kent Paul telling you to meet him at the malibu. When you get there you find out Diaz is holding Lance at the junkyard. Have a fast car parked outside of the malibu because you need speed for this mission. Right before you get their bail out of your car and you might be able to take out some guards in the process. So head in and take out the guards and resuce Lance. You then need to take Lance to the hospital. I recommend you drive him in the trashmaster, because Diaz's men chase you all the way their. When you finish this mission you do not get a reward but diaz's days are numbered.
Wipe out
You meeet Lance by the mansion on starfish island. Lance has brought some firepower for you to use. You have to go in their with Lance and take out all of diaz's men. You need to have body armor and a weapon like a shotgun. After you catch up with Diaz You need to kill him. You get a whopping reward for this the mansion and control over diaz's buisness.
reward $50000 You now have control of the mansion and can do missions for yourself but let's finish off the last cortez mission.
All hands on deck
The french are hot on the colonels trail. He is forced to go out to sea. You must defend him and his yacht. Make sure before you take this mission you have full body armor and lots of weapons with lots of ammo. After it starts there are many people that jump on the boat and attack. Mop them up with a weapon. Soon you will get to a block in the water. You must clear a way for the yacht to move through. Get up front and clear a path through the boats. After this you have to take 2 helicopters out. REmember if you ever need more ammo you can just get some on the top deck. After the mission you get a reward and the colonel gives you a speeder boat.

Now we are going to move on to the Tommy Vercetti Missions
Shakedown
In this mission you have to torch several places at the mall and have only 5 minutes to do this. This mission can be pretty difficult. Before trying it get armor and a whole bunch of grenades. After the movie hop into the infernus and drive to the mall. Remember you are on a time limit so drive as quickly as possible. Once your inside the mall. Seek out and destroy every dispplay of every store shown on your radar. You will get a wanted level so make sure you don't get killed. After you complete this mission you are able to buy properties.
Reward $2000 You can now buy properties but let's first finish the missions for your protection scheme.
Bar brawl
A local bar is refusing to pay protection because they claim they are protected by a local gang of thugs. First drive to the bar. You need to take out the 2 guards out front. You can do a drive by shooting or kill them another way. Then talk to the manager who will tell you where the gang is. Now go over there and kill every one of their gang members you can find. After you do this 2 guards escape on motorcycles chase them down and kill them to complete this mission.
Reward $4000
Cop Land
This is the last Tommy Vercetti mission. After doing this YOu can collect $5000 from the vercetti estate everyday. Your henchman was supposed to torch a place at the mall but he screwed the fuses and now the whole place is wired to blow. You will have to find cop uniforms and go down there set a bomb to go off and get back to your mansion. First drive to the blip on your radar which is the lockup. Once you get here you and lance need to get a wanted level to lure cops to you. Once you do lure 2 cops in the garage. Just make sure there is no car blocking the door to come down. After you have two cop uniforms there is a cop car in the yard right next to the garage. Once your in the car drive to the mall. Go inside and follow the blip to the tarbush coffee shop. Go inside and set the bomb. You now have 5 seconds to get out. Once outside you have a 5 star wanted level. It's hard but if you can get back to the vercetti estate you get a good reward and $5000 everyday from your protection ring.
P.s. You could also instead of going to the vercetti estate go to a pay and spray to get rid of your wanted level. Reward $10000
Now we are going to cover the asset missions. To unlock the final 2 missions of the game you need to complete the malibu and print works assets along with 3 others. Some of theese missions can get hard good luck.
Pole position Club
Cost $30,000 This is by far the easiest asset to complete. After buying it head in and walk to the back into the first room. You need to spend $600. It takes a while but be patient. After doing this you have completed this asset. It will now generate $4000 a day.

in this mission you need to kill someone who is at the golf range enjoying his last game of golf. First get some golf clothes from the store down the road.5000 You must go over there and kill him. Once you get in their the easiest way to beat this mission is to destroy all the golf carts. Then kill the man with your golf club.

Avery wants you to use a remote controlled helicopter to plant bombs to destroy a building down the street. My reccomendation is to start with the top floor and work your way down.

To drive down real estate prices avery wants you to start a gang war. A hatian gang lord died. You need to drive to the blip and get cuban clothes. Now drive to the funeral. Just cause a scene. Shoot things and kill people. Then when you are told get out of little haiti.

Since the gang war started the cubans need some help fighting it. If you want to take theese missions go to the blip in little havana.
Stunt boat challenge
Before you work for him he wants to test your driving skills. He tells you to take the boat on a checkpoint race. This race is easy just collect all the checkpoints within the timelimit.
